Facebook’s Audience Network has now become a multi-billion dollar business and it has proven that it drives results for businesses. So, there’ no surprise that Facebook has been investing heavily in it in the past year. A recent report from Nanigans now shows just how good Facebook Audience network is, when it comes to mobile app installs.

There are multiple benefits to running mobile app install ads on Facebook’s Audience Network according to the report. Facebook Marketing Partner, Nanigans ran a study and found that 30 of its advertisers with the highest budgets on app install ads delivers on mobile apps and websites on Facebook’s Audience Network, saw a 26% rise in their app installs. The difference in costs from native Facebook campaigns were close to nothing.

The study also found that Audience Network ads had the same or better return on ad spend versus Facebook native ads on the network’s News Feed.

Nanigans explained in their report that,

This boost in user acquisition outside of Facebook is particularly valuable for advertisers focused on rapidly scaling growth. Once proven audiences on Facebook start to become saturated, the Facebook Audience Network provides an opportunity to reach a wider audience of users through the apps and websites they are already engaging with on mobile.

This is not the first time we have heard of how effective Facebook’s Audience Network is in terms of return on ad spend and I am sure it’s not going to be the last! Facebook has created one of the biggest and most powerful ad networks besides Google’s in just a short time. Only time will tell when it will simply overtake the search giant. For now, advertisers should definitely add the Audience Network to their campaigns.
