But compared to the amount of money spent on media companies and celebs, the amount Facebook is giving YouTube and Vine stars is tiny. In its other deals with Buzzfeed, The New York Times and CNN the company is spending $3 million on each! With over 20 internet stars already on roster, it looks like Facebook is really willing to shell out to make sure its Live offering goes well.

Vine personality Jon Paul Piques is one of the highest-paying stars – he’s getting nearly $120k for five videos over the next two months. And he has over 11 million followers! On YouTube, Ray William Johnson, is getting the best deal with $224k for videos over the next five-and-a-half months. Others, like Brent Rivera, Logan Paul, and Andrew Bachelor are all getting deals worth above $200k each.
